Yesterday, the organisation of Wildcat's Moncton hired Marc-André Mercure as the General Manager of the team. We called him at Shawinigan-Sud, his birthplace, and he said that he was happy of this nommination and will take the next few day to evaluate his team and maybe do some trade.

Mercure mooved !

The new GM, Marc-Andre Mercure, didnt spend time. He traded Randy Cameron to Lewiston MainEiacs. In return, Mercure obtain Alex Beaton and Michael Ward. Ward, a good defenceman of 18 years old drafted by the Tampa Bay Lighning will help the kids in their developpement.

Alex Beaton is a centerman of 17 years old. He had a great experience at the memorial cup of 2007. He is the League Top Scorer and Atlantic Championship MVP in midjet hockey.
